1. How can I book to stay at your resort?

2. What room types are available in the resort?
- Superior Studios: Can accommodate up to 3 persons
- One Bedroom Suite: Can accommodate up to 4 persons
- One Bedroom Suite with private pool: Can accommodate up to 4 persons
-Two Bedroom Suite: Can accommodate up to 6 persons
-Two Bedroom Suite with private pool: Can accommodate up to 6 persons
Please note, there are two view choices including pool view and garden view. Some of the rooms are equipped with a ‘walk-in’ shower while the rest feature a combined bathtub/shower.
3. Is there a safe box in the rooms?
Each room has its own safe box free of charge.
4. Is there wi-fi access in the rooms & public areas?
Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi access in all rooms and public areas.
5. What are the standard ‘check-in’ and ‘check-out’ times of the hotel?
Guests can check in at 14:00 and check out at 12:00.
6. Are any rooms adapted for persons with disabilities?
YES.
7. Do the rooms include ironing facilities?
Unfortunately not but the resort does offer a laundry service (at a charge).
Do the rooms include tea & coffee facilities?
Yes, in all resort rooms.
9. Can I request a room upgrade while staying in the hotel?
Room upgrades are available with a respective charge, but this always depends on resort occupancy. As some months are at high occupancy (especially May to October), please book your desired room type and/or view, when making your booking to avoid disappointment.
10. Do the rooms feature a mini bar or fridge?
There is no mini-bar but the rooms are equipped with a mini fridge to use as you desire.
11.My return flight back home is late. Can I book a ‘late check-out’ directly with the hotel while I am in the hotel?
The hotel welcomes guest requests but your late check-out cannot be guaranteed until your departure date. Availability of late check-out rooms always depends on respective arrivals.
Current charges for a ‘late check-out’ room are €70 until 18:00 (local time).
12. I have booked a ‘late check-out’ apartment. Will I be able to keep the same apartment I have been staying in?
Please contact the reception desk and will do our utmost to help make your late check-out as seamless and stress-free as possible. However, it is not guaranteed that you will be able to keep the same room allocated for the duration of your stay as your room may be needed for guests arriving early on the day you depart. Please kindly check if it is possible to keep the same room at the reception on the day of your departure. If not, you’ll be asked to check-out from your original room at 12:00 noon and you’ll be given a different room for the remainder of the day.

All apartments have either a specious balcony or terrace

- Room door entrance: 97-99 cm width
- Bathroom door: 71-82 cm width

15. Lift widths
There are no lifts in the resort.
16. Number of swimming pools / depths
- Splash Pool (500 m²) which includes 3 water slides (2 Lane Racing, Float slide and a wavy slide). Depth 145 cm.
- Centrum Pool (200 m²) depth 145 cm
- Outdoor Jacuzzi (adults only)
- Children's outdoor pool (25 m²) depth 35 cm
17. Are any of the hotel swimming pools heated?
We do not heat our pools as the resort only operates in the summer season.
18. Do you provide beach towels or do I have to bring my own?
Hotel provides pool/beach towels to all guests free of charge. A refundable €10 deposit (per towel) is collected upon receiving your pool/beach towel and is given back to when you return the towels on your departure date. Guests can replace beach towels with fresh ones every 3 days at reception desk.
19. Is there a ‘dress code’ at the hotel restaurants?
Yes, during all meals. For breakfast: ¾ shorts, a short-sleeved T-shirt or shirt, and shoes or slippers. Lunch: ¾ shorts, short-sleeved t-shirt or shirt, and shoes or slippers.Dinner: Long trousers, ¾ shorts, short-sleeved T-shirt or shirt and shoes. We kindly ask our guests to avoid entering the restaurant in swimwear, or with sleeveless T-shirts or shirts. Please also avoid entering the restaurant barefoot.
20. If we choose to stay at another Louis hotel (sister hotel), would it be possible to visit your hotel and use your hotel’s services?
For more comfort and safety, the use of the hotel facilities (swimming pools, sun beds, umbrellas, mini clubs, Tennis court etc.) is reserved only for our in-house residents. You are welcome to use our Restaurants and/or Bars with charge.
